Ram Prakash – A 33 year youngster with ethinic and cultural pride.
- Academic background related to food business and technology.
- Commenced with GRT group of hotels, 15 years of industrial experience and dietary expertise.
- 6 years of journey coupled with late. Chef Jacob, a famous culinary art expert.
- An active F&B consultant assisting with strategic planning and implementation for restaurant interior, themes, menu, food festivals, cookery classes & formulating masala (Spices).
- Worked as hospitality manager for Madurai Kamaraj University.
- Hosting cookery programmes as celebrity chef for private Tamizh television channels like SUN Network, Next-Gen media corporation and Z Tamil.
- Through years of research , achieved a world record by performing a cooking marathon(50 hours non-stop cooking, 2089 Tamizh traditional dishes).
