food model which uses artificial colours/ preservatives/ taste enhancers & other harmful chemical ingredients.

Our INSPIRING story

Ram Prakash  – A 33 year youngster with ethinic pride and cultural conciousness.

  •  Academic background related to food buisness and technology.
  • Commenced with GRT group of hotels, 13 years of industrial experience and dietery expertise.
  • 6 years of journey coupled with late. Cheif Jacob, a famous culnery art expert.
  • An active F&B consultant assiting with strategic planning and implementation for restaurant interior, themes, menu, food festivals, cookery classes & formulating masalas.
  • Worked as hospitality manager for Madurai Kamaraj University.
  • Hosting cookery programmes as celebrity chef for private tamil television channels like Next-Gen media corporation and Z Tamil.
  • Through years of research , achieved  a world record by performing a cooking marathon(50 hours non-stop cooking, 2089 tamil traditional dishes).
